Please make cheques payable to Rustlings L.T.C. and return this form with your payment to the Membership Secretary (address above) before playing. You will receive a key, plus a shoe tag, which should be worn at all times.

 

YOUR SHOE TAG IS PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP!

 

PLEASE NOTE: proper tennis apparel to be worn on court at all times, including proper footwear. Trainers are not permitted as these damage the courts. Members not complying with this rule will be asked to leave the courts.
